PriceFlow FAQ

Fit and getting started

1. Who is PriceFlow for?

Residential cleaning owners and small teams that want more consistent quotes, clearer modeled margins, and a better connection between estimates and completed work. See getting started.

2. Does PriceFlow replace my CRM?

No. Keep your scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, and payment workflow in the system you use. PriceFlow focuses on quoting, pricing decisions, and evidence from work. See sharing and outcomes.

3. Can I try a quote before creating an account?

Yes. You can calculate a first quote before signing in. Sign in for synced defaults, durable saved records, and customer-link workflows. See getting started.

4. How do I sign in? Can I use email without Google?

Synced accounts currently use Continue with Google. Non-Google email sign-in is not available. Use the same Google account to return to your business records. See account access.

Quoting and economics

5. What should I prepare for a quote?

Your business costs and crew assumptions, the home's size and condition, service type, scope, extras, and relevant travel information. See business defaults and home details.

6. Does entering an address fill in the home details?

Address suggestions are restricted and may be unavailable. Manual entry remains available. If suggestions appear, explicitly review and confirm them; an address record cannot establish cleaning condition. See home details and scope.

7. What are crew-hours?

The total of people's working hours. Two cleaners each cleaning for two hours equals four productive crew-hours. For actual cleaning hours, exclude travel. See job actuals.

8. Should I include my own time if I clean the home?

Yes. Owner labor has economic value even without a separate job paycheck. Review owner participation and labor assumptions in business defaults.

9. Does a protected price guarantee my margin or profit?

No. It protects the configured target against modeled direct costs under the inputs used. Discounts, overrides, extra work, and actual performance can change the result. Job margin is not accounting profit after all expenses. See price and margin.

10. Can I change the price or add a discount?

Yes. Review the final customer total and modeled margin afterward. A discount lowers the price without necessarily lowering cleaning cost. See price and discounts.

11. Does PriceFlow automatically reprice recurring customers?

No. Recurring references help review ongoing work; they are not automatic repricing of your customer book. Current PriceHealth controlled action is for supported initial-service estimating changes. See scope and adjustments.

Decisions and completed work

12. How do I share a quote and record the decision?

Check Review, use Send/share, then review Track quote. Customers can respond through a valid link; record decisions made elsewhere yourself. An email or messaging handoff is not proof of delivery. See sharing and outcomes.

13. What should I record after the job?

Productive cleaning crew-hours and trustworthy direct cost, separately. A modeled cost is a calculation, not observed spending. Leave missing evidence missing rather than deriving cost from revenue. See job actuals.

PriceBrain and PriceHealth

14. What does PriceBrain do?

When access is enabled and relevant evidence qualifies, it can offer an optional upward Try. The protected price stays the default, and you choose. It does not guarantee acceptance or profit. Public recommendations are not broadly enabled. See PriceBrain.

15. Why isn't PriceBrain showing a recommendation?

Access, feature availability, insufficient comparable evidence, or contradictory outcomes may prevent a Try. Continuing with the protected price is normal. See when PriceBrain appears.

16. What is the difference between Pro's Health Snapshot and Growth's Review?

Pro provides useful coverage, readiness, and bounded labor context. Growth adds full PriceHealth Review, supported diagnosis, action, and monitoring. Both depend on enabled access and suitable evidence. See Snapshot and Review.

17. Will PriceHealth change my business automatically?

No. A finding is diagnostic information. A supported adjustment needs review and your explicit approval. Monitoring can support Keep, Modify, or Roll back decisions. See supported adjustments.

18. Does historical evidence prove PriceFlow improved my results?

No. Historical observations, PriceFlow-tracked estimates and outcomes, and post-adjustment measurements answer different questions. A labor gap does not prove the customer price is wrong by the same percentage. See evidence in PriceHealth.

Free and paid plans

19. Is Free useful after the introduction or at the monthly limit?

Yes. Calculations, editing, drafts, authenticated saving, history, actuals, existing records, corrections, and customer responses remain available. The later limit concerns new first activations. See Free allowance.

20. Is the introduction 20 quotes, then five calculations a month?

No. It counts the first saved accepted, declined, or expired outcome for each of 20 eligible quotes across all plans. Afterward, Free permits five new first customer-ready activations per UTC month, with no rollover. See the full allowance explanation.

21. Does resending or correcting a quote use another slot?

An already-activated quote does not count again for resend, replacement, reopen, outcome correction, or actuals. Deleting a counted quote does not refund usage. See allowance details.

22. What do Pro and Growth cost, and can I buy now?

Approved founding prices are Pro $29/month and Growth $79/month. Public paid purchasing has not opened. Existing enabled billing access uses Manage billing. Temporary beta access is not a subscription. See plans.

Integrations, privacy, and support

23. Can I connect Jobber or synchronize quotes and jobs?

Public Jobber connection, imports, and quote handoff are not available. Full two-way synchronization is not offered. Manual actuals and CSV actuals import, where offered in your account, are separate options; see job actuals.

24. Who can see my quote and business data? Can I request my data?

A valid public quote link can reveal its included customer-facing information to anyone holding it; share carefully. PriceFlow's stated policy does not make one customer's business data visible to another. Read Privacy. Access, correction, export, and deletion requests are manual during beta and may require verification; see Data Requests. There is no automated full-account export tool.

25. How do I contact support?

Email support@usepriceflow.com. Include account email, business name, approximate time, browser/device, and a safe description. Never send credentials, active public quote links, or unnecessary customer data. See troubleshooting and support, Support, and Terms.
