Choose and manage a paid plan
Choose a plan for the decisions you need to make. Free supports the basic quoting record; Pro adds pricing judgment and useful performance context; Growth adds supported diagnosis and controlled operating changes.
Availability and prices
The approved founding prices are Pro $29/month and Growth $79/month. Public paid purchasing has not opened. These are approved launch prices, not an invitation to a currently available checkout. Contact support about account access.
Temporary beta access is not a paid subscription. It may differ from the features your commercial plan includes.
Choose the right level
- Free: protected quoting, drafts, saved records, history, customer decisions, and actuals. After the introduction, enabled allowance policy limits new first activations.
- Pro: everything in Free, no Free monthly activation limit, PriceBrain guidance when enabled and evidence-qualified, and a bounded Health Snapshot.
- Growth: Pro plus full PriceHealth Review, supported diagnosis, owner-approved action, and monitoring when access and evidence requirements are met.
Jobber connection and handoff are not publicly available on any plan. A paid plan does not guarantee a PriceBrain opportunity, PriceHealth finding, or business result.
Manage supported paid access
The following workflow applies only when billing is enabled for your account.
- Sign in to the Google account associated with your PriceFlow business.
- Review your confirmed plan and any billing attention message.
- For an existing subscription, choose Manage billing rather than trying to create another subscription.
- Review the billing portal's available change and confirmation details before submitting a request.
- Return to PriceFlow and wait for the confirmed plan. Use Refresh plan if that option is shown and the update is still pending.
- If billing or access remains unresolved, contact support before making repeated checkout attempts.
What to expect
The approved Pro-to-Growth and Growth-to-Pro policy makes the switch immediate with prorated billing while retaining the billing date. Review the actual amount before confirming. PriceFlow access updates after the billing change is confirmed, not merely because a return page opens.
An active approved PriceHealth adjustment survives downgrade. Growth-only future review, action, and monitoring depend on current access. Saved quotes and actuals remain yours; downgrade does not retroactively charge paid-era quote activations against Free slots.
Common questions
Is there a free trial, refund promise, or guarantee? Public paid purchasing has not opened. Check the offer and terms presented for your account before purchasing, and ask support if they are unclear.
How do I cancel? Use the available Manage billing options or contact support. Check the confirmation for the effective date. Do not assume signing out cancels billing.
When to contact support
Contact support for an unexpected charge, uncertain subscription state, duplicate billing concern, or confirmed plan that does not match access. Send no payment-card details.
