Enter home details and service scope

Use this guide to describe the work before calculating a price. The estimate is only as useful as the home details and cleaning scope behind it.

Before you start

Ask the customer about the home's size, bedrooms, bathrooms, current condition, service needed, and extras. Confirm whether you are quoting the first service or discussing ongoing visits. An offer of recurring service does not prove that a completed job was a recurring visit.

Address-based suggestions are restricted and may be unavailable. You can enter home details manually. Do not depend on automatic property information to finish a quote.

Enter the work

  1. Select residential cleaning and the appropriate service type. Use the separate turnover workflow only when the work is a short-term rental turnover.
  2. Enter the address when available, or use manual home-detail entry. Confirm square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms with the customer or your own assessment.
  3. Describe condition and service scope. A routine maintenance clean and a heavily soiled first clean should not be treated as the same work.
  4. Select the extras actually included. Confirm what the customer expects and whether extras apply to the first visit, recurring work, or both where the quote offers that choice.
  5. Check team, owner participation, and travel assumptions. Confirm any manually entered values before calculating.
  6. Review the estimate. If a detail was wrong, correct the input and calculate again before preparing the customer quote.

What to expect

PriceFlow combines your confirmed scope with business assumptions. The first-service estimate and any recurring reference have different purposes. A recurring reference is not automatic repricing of your existing customer book.

If address suggestions are offered, review and explicitly confirm or correct them before using them. Provider information can be wrong. Suggestions may not cover every home or property type; missing information is a reason to enter it manually, not to guess.

Illustration, not a customer result: a customer asks for a deep clean and interior oven cleaning. Include both the service and the extra before reviewing the price. Adding the oven later changes the work and may require a revised quote.

Common questions

Can I customize labor time for each extra? Editable per-extra labor assumptions are not currently available. Do not use a customer-price change as a substitute for correcting scope.

Does an address confirm condition? No. Home records cannot establish current dirt, clutter, access difficulties, or customer expectations.

What if I cannot confirm the size? Seek a defensible estimate and explain the scope assumptions to the customer before committing.

When to contact support

Contact support if confirmed inputs disappear, unsupported suggestions seem to be applied without review, or saved scope differs from the customer preview.
