Troubleshoot common problems and contact support

Use these checks to recover ordinary workflow problems and send a useful support report. Start with the affected task and preserve any unsaved work before refreshing or signing out.

Sign-in or missing records

  1. Check that you used the same Google account as before. Google is currently the only synced-account sign-in method.
  2. Distinguish a local draft from a quote saved to your synced account. Local browser work may not appear on another device.
  3. Check your connection and any sign-in message. Retry through the normal sign-in flow.
  4. If a saved record is still missing, contact support rather than creating another account to recover it.

A link to a finding may require sign-in. PriceFlow should return you to the permitted destination afterward. A removed or inaccessible record may lead to a safe explanatory state instead.

Quote sharing or customer response

Use Copy message if your device does not open the email or messaging app. Check the recipient and send the message yourself. A handoff is not a delivery receipt.

If a link is expired or replaced, use the supported replacement flow. Check Track quote for the customer's saved decision; inbox delivery is not the authoritative record. If the final total differs from the preview, pause sharing and report it.

Missing recommendations or blocked actions

PriceBrain may have no qualified opportunity. PriceHealth may need better evidence or more comparable completed jobs. Confirm hours, cost source, and initial-versus-recurring context without guessing.

Check feature availability and your account access. Public paid purchasing and Jobber connection are not open. An exhausted Free allowance, where enabled, affects new first activations; it should not remove history, actuals, or existing customer responses.

For pending billing, check the confirmed plan and use Refresh plan when offered. Avoid repeated purchases to fix uncertain access.

What to expect

A successful recovery should restore the intended task or explain what needs attention. If an adjustment's application or a billing change is uncertain, support should help establish its state before you repeat the action.

When to contact support

Email support@usepriceflow.com or read the Support page. Include account email, business name, affected task, approximate time and time zone, browser/device, expected result, and what actually happened. Redact screenshots.

Contact support promptly for another business's data, wrong-customer information, an estimating adjustment you did not approve, unexpected charges, or confirmed evidence changing without your action. Pause the affected workflow while it is checked.

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, sign-in callback URLs, active public quote links, API keys, payment-card details, or full unredacted customer spreadsheets.

Privacy and data requests

Read Privacy, Terms, and Data Requests. Access, correction, export, and deletion requests are handled manually during beta and may require identity verification. Email support with “PriceFlow Data Request,” your account email, business name, and request type. Automated account export or deletion tools are not available.
