These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PriceFlow.
Using PriceFlow
PriceFlow is an invite-only beta product for residential cleaning businesses. The product may change and may contain errors. Use it only for lawful business purposes and do not interfere with, misuse, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Your decisions and commitments
PriceFlow, PriceBrain, and PriceHealth are decision-support tools. You remain responsible for final prices, scope, customer commitments, and business decisions. PriceFlow does not guarantee wins, margins, profit, revenue, labor accuracy, or any other business outcome.
Your account and data
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the customer and business information you enter, your authority to use it, and your authorization to connect any third-party service. Do not upload information you are not permitted to use.
Public quote links
You are responsible for deciding what quote information to share and with whom. Treat public quote links as recipient-facing links, manage them carefully, and do not use them to expose information unnecessarily.
Third-party services
Connected services and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to the applicable third party's terms.
Permitted use and product rights
PriceFlow Labs LLC operates PriceFlow and retains rights in the product and its content. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use PriceFlow for your internal business purposes while your access remains active. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create competing access to the service except where applicable law does not allow a restriction.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect PriceFlow, users, or data, including for abuse, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.
