This Privacy Policy explains how PriceFlow Labs LLC, which operates PriceFlow, collects, uses, and handles information when you use PriceFlow.
Information you provide
We process account and profile information, business settings, customer names and contact details, service addresses, property, job, and scope information, quote inputs and results, outcomes and decline reasons, actual crew-hours and direct-cost evidence, CSV or other import information, and feedback or support correspondence.
Connected services
When you connect Jobber, PriceFlow may receive and process job and client identifiers and details, completed-job information, timesheets and labor rates, job expenses and direct-cost evidence, scheduled visits and assignment counts, and source or provenance information. The current Jobber integration is read-only from PriceFlow's perspective.
How PriceFlow uses information
We use business evidence to provide recommendations, identify pricing and labor patterns, monitor adjustments you approve, operate the product, and improve your PriceFlow experience. PriceFlow does not make one customer's business data visible to another customer.
Public quote links
Businesses can create customer-facing quote links. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view information included in that quote, such as service details, the service address, prices, scope or line items, business contact information, and scheduling information submitted through the quote. Links may expire, be replaced, or be revoked. Recipients should avoid forwarding a link unnecessarily.
Analytics and diagnostics
PriceFlow uses PostHog for product-usage analytics and limited error and diagnostic telemetry. We intentionally limit and redact telemetry. We do not currently use PostHog autocapture or session replay. Analytics may be associated with signed-in user IDs, so we do not describe it as anonymous.
Third-party services
Our current material service providers include Supabase, Vercel, PostHog, Google authentication and Maps-related services, and Jobber when you choose to connect it. Those services may process information as needed to provide their services to PriceFlow or to you.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate PriceFlow and handle legitimate business, security, and legal needs. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support. We may need to verify your identity or account before acting. PriceFlow does not currently provide automated deletion or export tools.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
