Understand the Pro Health Snapshot and Growth PriceHealth Review
Use PriceHealth to understand completed-work evidence before deciding whether to change an estimating assumption. A review may show useful context without recommending any action.
Access and evidence
Pro includes a bounded Health Snapshot in Performance. Growth adds the Initial PriceHealth Review, deeper diagnosis, supported action review, and monitoring. Public paid purchasing has not opened; these guides apply when the corresponding account access is enabled.
Both need usable evidence. Recorded productive cleaning hours, clear service context, and trustworthy estimates help assess labor accuracy. Cost and price evidence are separately needed for economic conclusions.
Review your evidence
- Open Performance and review the surface available to your account.
- In the Health Snapshot, read evidence coverage, readiness, and the available labor-trend context. Use missing-data guidance to decide what to record next.
- With Growth access, review the Initial PriceHealth Review and any findings it can support.
- Check which jobs and service contexts support a finding. Confirm unresolved classifications only when you know the answer.
- Read the explanation before considering an action. If no supported action appears, continue collecting trustworthy evidence.
What to expect
The Pro Snapshot is useful visibility into coverage and performance context. It does not grant full diagnosis, estimating changes, or the monitoring decisions reserved for Growth.
Growth helps investigate a supported problem and review what to do next. A finding is an observation to consider, not permission for PriceFlow to change your business automatically. Low margin could reflect estimating, execution cost, discounting, or a customer-price override.
Evidence develops in three ways. Historical evidence describes earlier work and can reveal patterns. PriceFlow-tracked evidence connects an estimate and pricing decision to outcomes and actual work. Measured intervention follows comparable jobs using a specific adjustment you approved. These are different strengths of evidence; history alone does not prove a change improved results.
Public Jobber connection and importing completed jobs from Jobber are not available. CSV actuals are a separate option where offered in your account. Do not assume buying Growth connects your history automatically or guarantees an immediate finding.
Common questions
Can hours-only records help? They can support labor analysis when the estimate, hours basis, and context are trustworthy. They cannot establish an observed-cost margin without cost evidence.
Does a labor gap mean the price is wrong by the same percentage? No. Estimating time and choosing a customer price are separate decisions.
Must every review recommend action? No. Insufficient, mixed, or uncertain evidence should lead to more observation, not a forced change.
When to contact support
Contact support if coverage omits expected eligible work, a classification is unclear, or another business's records appear. Pause the affected workflow for unexpected records.
