Get started, sign in, and create your first quote

Use this guide to turn a residential cleaning request into a price you can review and share. You can try a calculation before signing in. Sign in when you want synced business defaults, saved history, customer links, and a lasting record of the decision.

PriceFlow access is currently being prepared for a wider release. Follow the access instructions provided for your account. Public paid purchasing has not opened.

Before you start

Have your labor-cost assumptions, the home's size, service type, and cleaning scope ready. You do not need a Jobber connection. Manual home-detail entry is a normal way to quote.

Synced accounts currently use Google sign-in. Email-and-password, email-link, and other non-Google sign-in methods are not available.

Create a quote

Open PriceFlow. To use a synced account, choose Continue with Google and select the Google account you intend to use for your business.
Complete Business setup if prompted. Use your own costs rather than assuming the starting values fit your business.
Start a residential cleaning quote. Choose the service that matches the work, such as a standard, deep, or move-out clean.
Enter the home details, condition, scope, and any extras. Check the crew and travel assumptions for this job.
Calculate and review the recommended price, estimated labor, and modeled margin. Correct any wrong inputs before choosing a customer price.
Continue to Review, confirm the customer-facing details, and save the quote before sharing it.

What happens next

A calculation gives you an estimate; it does not mean the customer has received or accepted a quote. Saved records let you return to the work. Sending a link and recording the decision are separate steps.

The protected price is based on the inputs you confirmed. It supports your pricing judgment and does not guarantee acceptance or actual profit.

Common questions

Can I start without an account? Yes, you can calculate a first quote. Local browser work is not a substitute for synced history. Sign in before relying on a record across devices.

Which Google account should I use? Use the same one each time. A different Google account may open different records. Do not create a second account to recover missing history.

What if sign-in interrupts my quote? PriceFlow is designed to preserve your in-progress work. Check the restored inputs before continuing.

When to contact support

Contact support if sign-in repeatedly fails, expected saved records are missing, or your work does not return after authentication. Include your account email and the stage where the problem occurred; never send passwords or sign-in callback links.
